o Work Details: Using AS/400 as the main system, I was involoved in many areas: System operator where I had installed a lot of versions of OS/400, A network administrator, and a team member of the implentation of several modules and computerization of 3 divisions of Naghi group. Following are more details of some of my tasks:
o Rules & responsibilities: * Member of the team involved in the implementation of the following systems: Vehicles Management System, Credit Sales System and Workshop system.
* Directely involoved in the implementation of System2000 (VAI) which consist of the following modules: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Customer Sales, Inventory, Purchasing and Management Information module.
* Help Desk, Deeling with users complains.
* Designing of the Graphical User Interface (GUI) screens using Seagull software to replace the dummy screens used with AS/400 applications.
* System Administrator of the reporting tool Impromptu 5.0
* Network Administrator, Extensive knowledge of installing Twinax and RJ45 cables, Network cards, Hubs, Control units and the link between remote location using all types of lines (Leased, DDN, X25, etc)

o Work details: In Marine Insurance department, I worked as policy underwriter and as one of the customer contact points inside the department.
