Daily competitor analysis report to line Department head.

Reporting and resolving the customer’s complaint through the
digital channel to the Operation Team.

social media channels.
Utilized Canva for design creation (basic design knowledge).
Assisted the marketing manager with the campaign plan and
implemented the seasonal campaign according to high and low
seasons.
Updated the creation of travel blog posts with Wordpress.

Purchased the bakery ingredients and supplies from the China
website.
