In addition to the responsibilities outlined in the previous position,
continue to refine and expand the Digital BIM Transformation
strategy described below.
Establish and build Civil BIM Team, in charge of delivering the
infrastructure project: Riyadh Sports Boulevard, Red Sea
Southern Dune, king Faisal Air Academy (Alamjma'ah), and
SAR.
Establish and build a Laser Scanning Team, in charge of
delivering digital surveying of existing renovation projects or
handing over the As-built BIM Models.
Overseeing the delivery of the master plan BIM Model which
includes all buildings, Roads, FGL, and utilities for the mega
project in order to hand over.
Participating in the tendering process to assess and evaluate
BIM requirements for projects that require BIM, as well as
providing the necessary documents and advice such as EIR,
BEP, MIDP, TIDP, and technical proposals.
Leading and supervising BIM subcontractors for specific
outsourcing projects, as well as monitoring the process, models,
delivery, and expectations.
Supervising the delivery of the As-built Model with all asset
information in accordance with the client's operational
requirements.
Participating in the setup and building of the Albawani Egypt
Technical branch by shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring the
team, as well as preparing the workflow infrastructure.
Hiring new tools to improve workflows, such as Trimble Tekla
structure for reinforcement detailing, to save money, reduce
errors, and increase quality and productivity.
Engaging with The DB Projects, Lucid Motors Factory, and other.
Establish and manage a BIM deployment strategy, including
Workflow, producers, staff training, CDE, and standards.
Managing the structural team to successfully and effectively
produce and deliver BIM Models, shop drawings, technical
reviews, design validation, trade coordination, and BOQ.
Develop and maintain Revit content libraries through the use of
families, etc.
Develop and Conduct the coordination process, clash detection,
and multi-discipline technical meetings.
Leading the steel, precast, and prestressed vendor to deliver
their product in accordance with project criteria and
requirements, through technical reviews and trade coordination.
Interact with clients, consultants, third-party designers, and the
construction team.
Provide guidance and assistance to the delivery team to ensure
that they are properly set up and progressing and that the
progress is in line with expectations.
Conducts design review and provides the calculation report.
Supervise and lead the Steel, Facade, and Precast
Subcontractor, review and validate their design, and obtain
approval from the Consultant (K&A).
Consider any impact on substructure elements such as the
foundation and grade beam, etc.
Prepare and review shop drawings, as well as coordinate
between disciplines, Arch and MEP.
To assign and approve ST material, communicate with vendors.
Willing to learn new tools, such as BIM, and model structures
with them.
Assess tender projects by evaluating the design, specifications,
and BOQ.

-Preparing Final drawing, Calculation Note & Seismic analysis (if necessary) to approve it from JEA and Municipal.
-After that Preparing shop drawing.
-Receipting of the structural elements from Contractor
