+ Reduction of wastage from 5% to 3.5%.
+ Creating new procedures to accelerate Loading (speed and volume).
+ Improve On Time Delivery from 60% to 90%.

-Managing national project of Energy Saving - installation more than 6000 energy regulators.
-Installation a fire detection system in Tunisian Refinery.
