• Ensures project/activity schedules are met and within budgetary guidelines.
• Liaise with other division staff and other departmental heads in preparation of Network Performance Reports & Improvement plans, and also completion of specific projects requiring inter departmental coordination.
• Negotiate Managed Service KPI signoff customer
• Provides input for network strategy & refinement of business plans
• Ensures compliance with all company, Division, & Dept. procedures & policies
• To liaise with Operator (customer), Other Vendors and third Party Service providers on all matters relating to RF expansion requirements, ongoing optimization and network quality issues.

• Supervise RF trouble shooting exercises (DRU replacement, DXU replacement, Feeder and Antenna system replacement, VSWR test) on site so as to improve network KPI’s (SDCCH congestion, SDCCH drops, TCH congestion, TCH drops, Handover Success Rate)

• Perform site audits for MBC cells, ensuring that both bands have the same antenna Mechanical and Electrical Tilts and Azimuth.
• Verify parameters such as BAND, CYSTYPE, FBOFF and MBCRAC as planned
• Perform drive test to confirm if successful handover between 900 and 1800 frequencies in the same MBC cell
• Verify neighbour cell list is changed after cell reconfiguration from dual band configuration to MBC configuration and vice versa
• Perform hardware troubleshooting on MBC cabinets (with or without TG synchronization) for faulty DRU's; Sweep test on Feeders in the same MBC cell and replacement of feeders with poor VSWR.
• Making HR changes at cell level prior to special events in a cell serving area to ensure that the cells do not congest for that period
Monitored all SDH and PDH links in the network using Ceramap (Ceragon and IONOS- NMS v4 respectively)
