• Develop the project baseline programme (Earthworks, Concrete Works, Steel Works, MEPFS, Architectural Fit out, Furnishing)
• Develop monitoring database for actual costs and earned value

• Keep in track of important milestones for Design submittals, Procurement of materials and Delivery, Construction, Testing and Commissioning

Construction of Water Treatment Plant Package 1 in La Mesa Dam at Payatas Watershed including intake Bridge (.18KM long) connected to a tunnel, reservoirs, and substations for Manila Water Corp. as Client
• Analyze as-built programme for Extension of Time (EOT) Claims
• Evaluate schedule submitted by Contractor and comment on changes.
• Review as-built programme based on existing documents for EOT claims
• Identify and qualify delay events in construction and report it to client.
• Review narratives for every delay event for EOT Claim and have it reviewed by the contracted Expert Witness.
• Retrieve relevant correspondence related to EOT Claim from project database to support the claim.
• Analyze the impacted baseline programme with the delay events and report the result using Window Analysis to the contracted Expert Witness.
• Assist in developing master programme and resource histogram
• Load Bill of Quantities to Master programme to determine construction output rate (at least 6, 000 activities and PHP 1.3B total project costs)
• Present activity sequence to stakeholders
• Monitoring and tracking of every Primavera P6 activities for progress.
• Keep Submittals/Shop Drawing tracker updated
• Communicate the programme to the Contractor and establish a clear vision of the requirements in order to deliver projects objectives
• Work alongside the Contractor to provide accurate reporting of the project status using EVM.
• Overall evaluation and control of the assigned project schedules
• Mentor Junior Planners about company standard reports (Dashboard Reports) for Planning and Control when necessary.

•Ensure deviations of different structural steel shapes conform to AISC
•Report daily progress of fabrication to site for daily monitoring
•Prepare monthly targets and catch-up schedule (using MS Project only)
•Prepare monthly accomplishment report (using Microsoft Project only)
•Perform analysis of all KPI trends. (approx. PHP 1B project cost)
•Lead and supervise the development of detailed inspection system
