•Monitoring of expenditure to ensure it remains within authorized limits
•Processing customer payments, ensuring accuracy of supporting documents for completeness, accuracy and validity of charges,
•Reconciling and reviewing advances and ensuring that proper clearance has been followed
•Monitoring and reviewing of stock and keeping stock readily available
