KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervising all individual Project Managers and reporting to the Management.
• Manage, direct, review, and monitor the engineering designs in light of functionality, constructability, and value engineering for contracts from the estimation stage till completion of projects.
• Monitoring & Coordinating activities of all design and Supervision consultants.
• Participating in evaluation of bids and technical arbitration.
• Scheduling and planning of projects and monitoring progress and quality.
• Supervising project activities and ensuring compliance to standards and specifications.
• Ensure approvals and documentation are obtained maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
• Directing teams to ensure projects are coordinated efficiently, effectively, and profitably, while implementing quality assurance procedures.
• Preparing Scope of Work, and participating in Contract negotiations.
• Able to handle several projects at once and see them successfully through entitlement phase.
• Performing the coordination meeting between project parties, Consultants’ representatives and contractors.
• Ensuring adequate equipment, machinery, material, and manpower supplies to all projects are carried out efficiently.
• Evaluating performance plan & monitoring progress of projects status.
• Following up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing preparation work for projects execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Fulfill the General Manager Position during his absence & Reporting to the General Manager.
• To support Business Development securing repeat and new business and by actively participating in Strategic Sales Plan to achieve target growth in turnover according to Company’s annual plan.
• To support and implement Company mission, vision and values working to ensure Company’s pre-eminence as premier regional contractor.
• To manage projects and protect Company’s financial rights within budget, time schedules, statutory requirements and Company procedures ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC policies and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and co-ordinate multiple construction projects in a geographic area.
• Ensure smooth running of projects under our control; including but not restricted to mobilization, project commencement, construction processes, completion and hand-over; considering the aspects of quality, cost and safety.
• To provide assistance, guidance and support to project teams to establish and implement systems and processes to ensure projects run smoothly from inspection, including budgeting and cost control in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
• Supervised staff of projects managers, engineers, procurement & workshop drawings to attain scheduled progress, cost execution to achieves profit goals.
• To actively participate with the Tendering Team in line with established norms.
• To assess capabilities and talents of team members and identify training needs and contribute to the personal development of individuals including sourcing of additional personnel according to project requirements.
• To work closely with and develop strong effective relationships with all Service Departments including acting as a liaison with Project Controls to ensure all project targets are met.
• Provide overall strategy and technical solution for project needs and challenges.

Commercial Buildings and (20) luxurious villas (With Partial Structural Design) with Super Deluxe Finishing in Jubail City.
(Construction Value: SR 50 Million) .

• Design & Construction of “Jubail Modern Slaughter House”, Jubail Municipality. Turnkey and fully Furnished Project with an Area of 10, 000 m with
all support Facilities .

• A turn key housing project of “45” super deluxe finished Villas, with all support facilities in Royal Commission, Jubail industrial city .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Plans and supervises the major functions of the construction which include the responsibility for the planning and co-ordination of all manpower and equipment, materials supplies, and sub-contracted services, towards the proper completion of the work on schedule with approved drawings, specifications, cost and quality limitations.
• Reviews all Method Statements dealing with his area of responsibility prior to issue to the Client.
• Participates in leads in discussion of all contractual matters related to Sub-contractors employed on his section of the project.
• Exercises strict control over costs of construction particularly the use of labor, materials and equipment. This includes reviewing variances from budgeted expenditure and recommends / initiates action to bring them under control.
• Monitors construction progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and provides input to the regular reports of the Project Manager.

• To supervise work teams for effective delivery of daily objectives including the control of work hours, overtime and incentive schemes to improve efficiency.
• To oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to.
