1- Understand (B2B and B2C) customer requirements through business development managers to translate it into software requirements \n2- Preparing product specifications, feature lists, benefits, wireframe for mockups and prototype scenario \n3- Communicate with senior level of management, sales, technical team, design and GFX team \n4- Preparing presentations and proposals for the requested deal \n5- Responsible for Saudi Arabia Market
1- Providing support and technical solutions to customers \n2- Analyze customers' feedback \n3- Follow up with development department to finish develop-needed issues
1- Responsible for company social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, G+, Blogger and Flickr) \n2- Responsible for making and editing tutorial videos.
