Fit‐out packages manager for Tadawul Tower
Providing leadership and subject matter expertise to the project to achieve time, cost, quality and safety objectives.
Monitoring and reporting on the production of information with respect to the discipline-related services submittal progress.
Reviewing submitted shop drawings and material submittals (and the like) against the drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.
Checking and ensuring co-ordination between architectural design and all other disciplines.
Providing technical input and experience to resolve architectural related engineering issues on the Project.
Maintains open communication with the client and contractor's discipline engineers on project related issues.
Coordinating the works to ensure successful project hand-over.
Attending technical and progress meetings with the contractor/client's representative.
Identifying issues and risks that need to be brought to the attention of senior project management as necessary.
Actively manages the QA/QC project requirement with the related discipline.
Prepares correspondence on subject matter expertise to issue to the client/contractor as required to meet project objectives.
Reviews as built and O&M manuals for completeness.
Primary point of contact for Project Team Leader and senior site personnel on project architectural related issues. :
Review Tender Documents and Drawings to summarize all comments
and Clashes for RFIs Submission purpose.
• Master plan rearrangement for buildings, roads and landscape
Connection.
• Shop drawings Preparation (arrangement plans, elevation, sections
, CMU, Flooring, RCP, wet areas section details, general details,
arrangement doors hardware schedule, ACP for facades general
details, landscape & landscape)
• Sketches & Technical Proposals Preparation, RFI Submission.
• Reporting daily & weekly productivity records
• Review subcontract scope and terms for implementation purpose
• Negotiating with the sub contractors and providing them with all the
needful information, Drawings and technical Data for work Benefit.
• Preparing co‐ordination drawings between all Engineering
disciplines
• Preparing T.Q.(technical query) for interference between tender
documents.
• Project’s specifications Interpretation to all suppliers.
• Coordinate with Procurement Department if there are any latest or
• revised plans related to materials requisition.
• Recommend corrective solution in case of interference between plans
and BOQ.
• review Materials technical evaluation report ensuring it is
compliance with specifications and codes.
• Evaluate all the quotations related to Architectural works provided by
Procurement Department.
• Providing technical support to construction team & project
management.
Review all materials, shop drawing, RFi, before submitting it to site team
Coordinates any mis understanding in architectural drawing with different trade
Providing site work schedule and progress report
Supervision for all finishing work
Supervising on final report snag list for Taking over projects
