• Job Description:
Providing and interpreting financial information for top management to support and develop the business.
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Annually financial statements and all reporting
Calculate the Profitability By Segmentation & SKU On Monthly Basis, YTD
Prepare profitability sheets for all products and determine the factor that affects the profitability.
Prepare a quarterly forecasts and variance analysis reports.
The Monthly S&OP (Sales & Operation Plan)
Sales Budget & Compare It Vs. Actual On Monthly Basis
The Budget For The Cost Of Goods Sold (COGS) & Analysis The Variance
Updating the Forecast, based on the variables affecting the business
• Summary:
1) Financial Planning - Operational Planning (Annual Business Plans & Budgeting - Strategic 5Years BP - Rolling Forecasts).

• Assists in the analysis of financial data, extracts and defines relevant information; interprets data by using Oracle and spread sheets for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.
• Reviews costs and performs cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs by using the business objects and statistical software to provide valuable data for the decision.
• Performs statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in the Oracle system by importing the data then prepare the required analysis in order to provide the various departments with the actual vs. budget information.
• Interprets financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions by developing the statistical software in order to save time and money
• Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
• On a regular and continuous basis, exercises administrative judgement and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area.
• By using the Oracle and business objects he will reviews costs and performs cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs for decision making
• Examine financial information by using the Oracle, Business object and Financial planning model in order to make sound suggestions to businesses on how to invest money and how to use the resources efficiently
• Assists in the analysis of financial data and extracts and defines relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.
Manage the accounts and credits of clients. They review credit applications, research client history and accept or reject them based on the information they find. They network with financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies and lenders.
These professionals work in a very demanding capacity and must manage many accounts monthly. They are always in constant contact with clients and calculate their credit risks. Credit Controllers have a comprehensive knowledge of the credit control system.
A Credit Control professional usually performs many of the following tasks:
• Allocating payments
• Resolving customer queries
• Performing electronic invoicing
• Monitoring recovery procedures
• Researching customer accounts
• Preparing monthly reports
• Liaising with clients
In addition to above, I’m supporting in Financial Analysis scope with below reports:
Profitability analysis per SKU report; analyze the P&L (Actual & Budget) to get the profitability by SKU and get profitability ratios on monthly basis.
Cost Center Report; analyze the expenses per cost center and department vs., the Budget monthly.
Business Screen Shot; get a daily snap shot from the business position (Sales Volume, average price, production volume, raw & finish goods stock, collection, Significant Payments and the balance on bank A/C) “Actual vs. Budget”.
Dashboard report; represent the revenue, expense and net profit, actual vs. rolling forecast. And represent also the cost center summary. In order to reported to Top Management on monthly basis.
1. Confirm and verify sales orders by using Oracle system to be agreed with the standard approved price list as the company policy
2. Give the assurance that all transactions include the credit position comply with financial policies and procedures by using the company LOA and the Oracle system
3. Prepare, verify, and process customers sales invoices throughout the day using Oracle to assist meeting the closing dateline
4. Manage the monthly A/R aging reports by extracting the data from Oracle to eliminate the possible risks of doubtful debt
5. Maintain updated customer files by obtaining all the needed information related to the customers from sales department in order to comply with the tax law and regulations
6. Print and distribute monthly financial reports related to credit and monthly sales by sending and receiving the customers balance confirmations in order to assure the A/R balance as per the trail balance
1. Follow-up credit limit for customers and issuing invoices.
2. Accounting drivers and customers.
3. Follow-up aging for credits customers.
4. Follow-up the balance of goods warehouse.
5. Make control about the entire warehouse.
6. Make closing every week for all balances and sales and make report and send them by E-mail to financial manager.
