Scope of Work:
• Review, Study all approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications, and all applicable standards.
• Lead and manage Electrical team work to enhance the performance & achieve a high level of quality.
• Installation of all electrical systems (Lightning / Fire / Earthing / Telephone).
• Electrical installation of all layouts works (Bus Way, MV, LV & IC cables, wires, Conduits, manholes).
• Electrical installation of different kinds of panels (RMU, MVSG, PLC, MDB, MCC, DPP, LCP, BATTARIES, UPS & ATS, ).
• Testing & commissioning all Electrical Systems.
• Preparing reports and site records.
• Providing general inspection on all Electrical and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.
• Supervise and final handover for all electrical systems and materials on site.
• Following up and implement quality control techniques.
Achievements:
• We successfully upgrade all milling planet from manual operation and classic control system. To be full automated planet using plc and Scada system Which led to improve the production capacity and increasing the speed of the production lines from 8 m/s to 16 m/s.
Scope of Work:
• Maintain processes per applicable standards and regulations.
• Determine equipment reliability expectations.
• Maintain all Electrical equipment’s, panels, and instrumentations.
• Establish a strategic plan to assure reliability of existing equipment.
• Designing Reliability Asset Life Cycle Cost, also create Strategic direction and plan for M&R.
• Apply process improvement techniques.
• Develop a culture focused on Reliability - Centered Maintenance.
• Making the best maintenance decisions considering failure statistical analysis.
• Determining the ideal frequencies for maintenance tasks and apply a variety of reliability tools.
• Using calculations for preventative replacement to establish the optimum replacement time.
• Leading & Lagging KPIs, Benchmarking for Proactive Maintenance.
• Cost-justify selected plans for implementation.
