Working for one of the largest e-Learning companies in the U.S, My role included constant communication with various State Departments & Regulators with regards to new laws and regulations, approval/renewal of new courses, and conducting a regulatory audit of courses and Virtual Universities ensuring compliance with the state regulations.
Created this department and managed a team of 3, ensuring that customer complaints (Internal & external) were directed to the relevant departments and resolved on time in line with agreed upon KPI's and SOP. My responsibilities included hiring, inducting and training the new team members, conducting cross-departmental training and conducting weekly 1-to-1 meetings with each team member.
