Systems Engineer, Customer Support Team

• Tasks management, delegation and reporting
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the workflow procedures, configuration templates, project plan templates, etc
• Manage, train, and help the development of new team members to better support the technologies they are covering
• Prepare weekly reports monitoring the progress of ongoing cases and escalating when needed in order to meet the time requirements agreed upon with the customer
• Troubleshooting routing/switching and security oriented tasks
• Contacting the client in order to form the problem description, collect information, hypothesize underlying causes, determine the problem, form an action plan and implement the solution.
• Providing a full training course on Cisco ASA and IPS for selected customers.
• Implementing and configuring a LAN network including Layer 2 Cisco Switches with Layer 2 security features, and Layer 3 switches with inter-Vlan routing and Policy Based Routing
• Implementing and configuring Internet failover and security solutions: installation of an internet router load balancing two internet links along with a firewall and integration with ISA server.
• Implementing and configuring a DMVPN solution between various sites.
• Implementing and configuring WAN reachability over GRE tunnels using EIGRP routing along with security features over the tunnels.
• Configuring Orion Solarwinds Software Suite with the network performance module and the Network configuration Module.
