I had the pleasure working with Fadel when he was in Qatar Fertiliser Company . He joined Accounts section and I was in Charge of Finance Directorate then. Fadel was a fresh graduate from Qatar University , but was very enthusiastic and eager to learn and prove himself which he did. He proved himself and was assuming more and more responsibilities and higher roles within the company.
