In Continuation to Point (2), mentioned here below the Major Activities which explain My Job Role :
2.01-Receive Tender Invitation / Reply & prepare Expression of Interest
2.02-Receive Tender Documents, do Tender Review if any missing volumes.
2.03-Go through all tender documents to catch any discrepancies / raise RFI (Stage 01)
2.04-Distribute the Tender Documents to Quantity Team (Civil / MEP) (using Planswift software), and Technical offer to Panning / QA/QC Team
2.05-Send RFQ to Nominated Suppliers/SC including (Dwgs-BOQ-LOM-Specs)
2.06-Involve Quantity Team in Addendum's
2.07- Comply Tender Doc's with Authority Regulations / Req's
2.08-Receive offers from Suppliers/SC and check Their Scope with Given Tender Doc's, and Check Exclusions.
2.09-Produce a professional Excel BOQ to handle the Project Budget.
2.10-Appoint Meeting with Management to finalize final Budget (Selling Price).

according to the contractual documents and obligations .
13. Ensure the satisfactory erection and consolidation of onsite construction activity
on time, within budget and according to specifications and contractual
document
14. Conduct daily internal site meetings with Project Team to maintain past, present,
and assess future performance requirements.
15. Ensure the timely and cost effective completion of site based activities and
contract.
16. Attend Client progress meetings and Subcontractors coordination meetings
17. Ensure all material necessary are on site and take any corrective action necessary.
18. Administer sub-contract work and ensure purchase order and/or the sub-
contract agreements requirements are followed.
19. Co-ordinate with sub-contractors to ensure interface problems are avoided
and maximum quality work achieved.
