• Spearheaded human resource transformation project as part of 8 months consulting agreement supporting the following modules / initiatives: a) Setting an Operating Model, developing Organization Structure and 100 JDs. b) Conducting Job Evaluation, developing Grading Structure. c) Setting compensation and benefits structure. d) Developing annual incentive and merit increase scheme. e) Developing Performance Management Plan along with Corporate & Departmental KPIs f) Developing Behavioral Competency Dictionary • Lead the implementation of all strategic initiatives related to the transformation project
