1. Supervise and direct the engineer to prepare a techno-commercial proposal based on client specifications
2. Coordination of design and engineering of the project. Ensuring the design is done as per client specification with best engineering practices and optimization without compromising on quality and safety.
3. Participate in project kick off meeting with client and other project engineer team.
4. Reviewing all the project documents and submit it to client for approval
5. Preparation of project schedule and ensure with other team members that all the activities are carried out as per the schedule.
6. Coordination with client regarding all the project activities ensuring timely approval of drawings, quality plans, safety plans and reporting the overall progress of the project.
7. Carrying out FAT ( Factory Acceptance Test) with client and consultants.
8. Carry out system tests according to Approved Test Forms and ITPs
9. Technical support to commissioning / field support engineers.

2. Preparation of initial set of documents like BOQ, system block diagram / architecture to be submitted along with the proposal
3. Responsible for all project related activities such as design, commissioning, programming in PLC, HMI / SCADA development.
4. Preparation of all the project related documents for client submittal
5. Coordination with production team for timely fabrication of control panels to ensure timely delivery, quality inspection.
6. Carrying out Internal FAT ( Factory Acceptance Test) and prepare internal FAT report
7. Involve in commissioning activities, SAT, IFAT of a project at site.

• Conducting of Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown maintenance.
• Handling the daily maintenance report.
• Preparing the break down charts, claim intimation reports.
• Maintaining the records on daily power consumption, power factor, and maximum demand of the plant.
• Generating monthly spares stock.
• Attend meetings on the monthly production basis.
• Troubleshooting issues related to electrical control panel, and all electrical equipments in the plant.
• Operation mechanism and maintenance of switchgears such as MCCB, ACB’s
• Maintenance of pumps, cranes, blowers controlled by starter panels (star-delta, direct on line). Setting the control circuits used in these starter panels.
• Maintenance of VFD’s and setting up of parameters associated to it.
• Control & operation of PLC/ SCADA based system and trouble shooting issues related to it.
