Manage and make sure the right use of brand platform over the mother company and the subsidiaries, Set the plan and manage the marketing communications activities, maintain a rapport relationship with media channels and the journalists, create and control the press releases and keep media monitoring, Manage and lead the events preparation.
As a communications specialist, I'm responsible for the following:
- Assist in developing and implementing NUPCO Communications plan for Internal and External.
- Managing the relationship with the consulting, Advertising agency and other related vendors.
- Preparing the marketing materials.
- Caring of the corporate website and Intranet.
- Assist and cooperate with PR team in preparing for events.
- Manage the relationship with other departments head.
- Manage full marketing mix including (ATL/BTL) media in both of launching new products and services or promoting the existing ones.
-Work closely with the advertising agency in development and execution of marketing camaigns including of develpment of marketing briefs, monitoring projects and budget control.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with the organization guidline.
- Dealing with some vendors (Magazines, newspapers, printing press) and contact some government offices to complete the projects.
- Helping Public Relations unit in preparing for events.
