Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the entire Radio Frequency operations inclusive of RF planning, conducting site analysis and modifying existing network configurations.
• Planning and devising ways of optimizing existent resources to improve throughputs and to enhance system performance.
• Establishing KPIs, providing design scheme plans and optimization consultancy, and ensuring updates/maintenance are performed on current systems to keep up with changes.
