• Managing commercial and operational activities within UAE including Sales and direct imports.
• Prepare the trading plan - Import plan based on customers demand and production calendar.
• Ensure supply chain effectiveness by coordinating the logistic among company.
• Strengthen the relationship with retailers and HORECA customers.

• Managing all staff, including Financial Planning, production activities and Cash flow. Managing Logistics Fleets - Export/ Imports and local customer’s distribution.
• Identify potential suppliers for the fresh produce internationally to secure UAE needs during Food security flight program.
• Follow up day-to-day commercial, Operation and Financial activities.
• In charge of P&L.
• In one year, we Managed a trading contract worth (180 M AED Supply).
• Managing commercial activities within Elite Agro UAE including Sales and direct
imports from EAG countries and others Non EAG countries.
• Coordinate preparing the crop plan - Production plan by identifying crop
requirements as Volumes and verities needed over production seasons.
• Prepare the trading plan - Import plan based on customers demand and production
