•Establishing and Renewal license (Schools, Clinic, Hospital, Commercial, LLC, free zone) companies, and achieving the shareholder requirement During the initial stages of setting conditions of incorporation, and ensure all license and certificates are valid all the time
•Leasing and renewing company facilities agreement and reducing the rates depending on the market and RERA status.
•Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties and Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
•Assist in payroll preparation by providing (absences, bonus, leaves, overtime etc.).
•Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
•Communicate personnel & administrative policies the company and properly handle complaints and grievance procedures and Generate memos whenever non-adherence to policies is ascertained.
•Managing the complete group PRO activities
•Actively managing the company's vehicle documentation and its file.
•Manage the visa checklist proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits and Send employees a notification on documentation required prior to their visa/labour card expiring.

Responsibilities:
