The Workforce Management is responsible for overall Management of Call Center Development, Manpower and required Systems.
Ensures the internal customers’ goals are met by analyzing Call volume variances to forecast and provide directions to adjust scheduling / staffing level accordingly.
Monitors service levels and directs real-time forecasting to meet service levels.
Provides advice to Management on the most efficient and cost effective strategies to deliver on service level agreements.
Utilize the Call Center to the Maximum, to enhance the Customer Service Support.
The Workforce Administrator is responsible for overall management of channels manpower.
