Project: NEOM-Gulf of Aqaba- Magna -infrastructure

The project involves the development of a 100-kilometer coastal road along the Gulf of Aqaba, along with the construction of secondary roads designed to serve future projects such as "Treyam, Gidori, Jaumur, Zardun, Leyja, Mansions" The scope includes the construction of bridges and tunnels, as well as the installation of stormwater drainage systems, including culverts, Irish crossings, and ditches, along the route. It also involves full infrastructure implementation, including dry and wet utilities, aimed at improving traffic flow and enabling future growth.

Executed early works for the coastal road and assets, including development of a laydown area with roads, drainage, fuel stations, concrete and asphalt plants, and storage facilities. Scope also covered construction of high-spec offices, a workforce camp, soil improvement, excavation, and demolition of Magna Town to enable future operations.

Project :( Construction of Schools in JOR funded by KSA-SFD) (Cont. value JD 24 million)

The project involved the construction of eight schools with a total built-up area of approximately 40, 500 m², in addition to complete infrastructure works, landscaping and playgrounds. A team of 28 engineers from diverse disciplines worked under our direct supervision, ensuring effective coordination and execution throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Project: (KAP-3) (Cont. value SAR 12 billion).

The project, executed for the Ministry of Interior - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, involved the development of 610 sites consisting of approximately 3, 400 buildings, with a total built-up area of about 1.85 million square meters. These buildings were designed based on 44 standardized prototypes, customized to fulfill the Ministry’s operational and administrative needs. The scope also included comprehensive infrastructure development, covering internal road networks, utilities, and site preparation.

As Area Manager, I led and supervised a multidisciplinary team of 75 engineers from various disciplines, managing all Processes of contract administration, planning, coordination, quality, and project execution throughout the entire lifecycle.

Project: Jabal Omar Development Project- Phase I (Cont. value SAR 3.4 billion)

The project consists of 10 towers, each featuring a podium with 12 floors topped by 20 additional floors. These towers house 10 five-star hotels operated by leading brands including Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, and Conrad. The podium levels incorporate a mosque (Mussalah), villas, commercial centers, and parking facilities. The scope also covers the complete construction of infrastructure, including roads and bridges. The total land area spans approximately 230, 000 square meters, with a built-up floor area reaching around 2 million square meters.

 Responsibilities

• Coordinated site activities with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely execution.
• Reviewed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to resolve design conflicts and ensure compliance.
• Managed technical submittals and secured timely consultant and client approvals.
• Oversaw procurement schedules and material deliveries to support continuous site operations.
• Maintained accurate logs for submittals, inspections, and progress to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
• Supported planning activities, including schedule updates, milestone tracking, and look-ahead planning.
• Supervised site execution to ensure compliance with design specifications and contract requirements.
• Coordinated QA/QC inspections to verify proper integration of all trades and adherence to quality standards.
• Assisted in preparing variations and claims by compiling field data and technical justifications.
• Attended coordination meetings, prepared MOMs, and followed up critical actions with all stakeholders.
• Contributed to project close-out by organizing as-built documents, O&M manuals, and final handover deliverables.

 Responsibilities


• Reviewing and consultation with the project-planning engineer to ensure that the detailed programs for the execution of the project can be complete
• Reviewing the manpower requirements for the project with the project - planning engineer and then with the contractor project manager.
• Reviewing the procurements schedule with the project -planning engineer to ensure that all materials arrive on time as per the programs developed.
• Reviewing all aspects of project health, safety and environments.
• Recommending the awarding of subcontract work to the sub-contractor after evaluating their capacity and quality of work executed on previous projects.
• Verification of, material submittal, and shop drawing in accordance with general and special specifications and drawings.
• Reviewing and approving the architectural drawings as well as the structural ones.
• Reviewing and approving the contractor’s payments of the project with the Q.S.
• Execution of the project in time. Within the approved budget and in accordance with the contract quality specifications for the projects.
• Monitoring the quality of materials and installation of work as to be complying with the acceptance criteria identified for the project (specifications).
• Attending meeting with client, main contractor and sub-contractors with regards to the progress, quality and safety of project.
• Reviewing all necessary progress reports such as ( weekly & monthly reports) for projects.
• Identify and taking necessary corrective action to improve the progress and quality of work.
• Issuing the site instruction and Non conformance report (NCR) to contractors.
• To respond to request for information RFI.

 Responsibilities


• Prepare all projects planning documents (Civil and MEP). ( program of work, quantities distribution, cash flow S-curve, indirect manpower histogram, direct manpower histogram, machinery histogram and Construction methodology)
• Prepare materials log and shop drawing log
• Prepare procurement schedule
• Study and analysis the cost of projects
• Expert finder for projects strategy
• Prepare progress reports such as (daily, weekly & monthly reports) for the projects.
• Attending meeting with consulting, client and sub-contractors with regards to the progress, quality and safety of project

• Act as the Firm’s representative with the client, engineer/consultant and subcontractors during the execution of the project.
• Ensure a comprehensive, active and well-recorded liaison between the project, the consultant engineer and the subcontractors.
• Monitor all work progress on a day-to-day basis to ensure conformance with schedule, contract documents and project budgets.
• Establish a material ordering program and coordinate work between site and office, and ensure necessary communications between all sections of the project.
• Schedule, attend, and participate in all projects construction meetings.
• Review and monitor submittals and shop drawings.
• Monitor general condition costs and maintain cost, productivities and budget controls.
• Assure compliance with contractual requirements and with the scope of work.
• Ensure all elements of plans and specifications meet cost and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect.
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers ), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organising and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
