Currently working as the Quality Control Manager. Main responsibility is Management and implementation of Quality Management System PQP.
Managing a team of Quality Control engineers and document controller to provide Quality deliverables and manage and keeping the updated documents and the records that will be required for the Project handover and invoicing

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Conduct random site visit with the Quality Team and Site team and to make Site observations if any and see the preventive actions implemented for any potential Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
 Monitoring and closing of Quality defect notices and Nonconformance reports of packages

Orient, assign, and supervise the construction inspection staff on a daily basis so that all contractor activities are adequately covered.

 I joined the project when the excavations was in progress and I stayed on job till the project was handed over to Client and tenants occupied some part of the project.
 Main Responsibilities includes but not limited to ensure Quality on site, by managing site inspections team (structural and architectural).
 Reading and interpreting project plans, specifications, and other pertinent contract documents
 Monitoring construction for compliance with contract documents
 Documenting and informing the Project Representative of relevant observations, including the progress of the work, problems that develop, and work proactively in identifying potential problems/issues
 Preparing neat and accurate diaries and photographs recording construction progression including thorough and accurate records of the contractor’s operations that Measure, and document Quality and quantities of installed materials in accordance with Project Representatives procedures,
 Verify that the contractor’s work and materials conform to the contractual requirements and Implement best practices to prevent defects
 Monitoring the contractor’s safety program for compliance with the construction contract requirement
