The main responsibility of my work:
1. Perform therapeutic hemapheresis in accordance with the established SOPs.
2. Perform a donor hemapheresis in accordance with the established SOPs.
3. Assist the donor room technologists and the donor recruiters with their duties as needed.
4. Perform and document quality control procedure.
5. Perform and document equipment functioning and preventive maintenance.
1. Provide Direct Patient Care within established hospital and department policies and standards.
2. Serve as a professional role model.
3. Work with all health care team members in activities designed for the improvement of patient care outcome.
4. Complies with and participates in Quality Management Processes.
5. Take direct and appropriate action in urgent and emergency situation
