Project: Mozambique Area 1, Lda (AMA1) TOTAL Mozambique Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) Project Position: Sr. Controls Engineer / Principal Planner
Duties: Lead Schedule and Progress Engineer for Inlet Facilities and Offsites / OSBL, for Civil, Mechanical, E&I, and Commissioning works. That includes but not limited to:
- Managing and maintaining detailed schedules of related areas.
- Following up with QS and Engineering departments for changes in quantities or scope, and
incorporate the changes in the schedules where required.
- Review submitted subcontractors schedules, and check quality, alignment with the Project
Baseline and contractual milestones.
- Monitor and verify the progress reported by subcontractors in coordination with construction
team.
- Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverables.
- Analyze variance between the planned and actual, highlight the areas of concern, and
recommend mitigation plan.
- Preparation of schedules monthly update, look ahead plans, and reports.
Project: Riyadh Metro Project

Project: Palma to Afungi Road Project - Mozambique LNG
Position: Sr. Controls Engineer acting as Project Controls Manager
Duties:
- Develop the project cost control strategy and plan, in line with the company’s procedure.
- Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure, including preparation of project
forecast cost, and preparing monthly cost reports for the management with highlighting any
potential savings or overruns.
- Estimation for additional works and preparation of Change Orders Request.
- Evaluation of delay events and preparation of cost and time claims.
- Provide consultation and guidance to the management for budget allowances and cost savings.
- Monitor and control scope changes and prepare revised budget that corresponds to the changes.
- Planning and scheduling for the project, including preparation of the baseline programme, and
revised programme when required.
- Monitoring work progress and updating the programme. Prepare the required performance reports
and give feedback to the management for the area of concerns and potential risks.
- Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to
ensure Project delivery on time and within the budget.
- Managing and supervising Accounts, IT, Procurement, and Administration departments.

Duties:
- Planning and updating different work programs using Primavera P6.
- Monitoring and controlling the progress and scope of the project.
- Preparing performance reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
- Developing and implementing plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves) and
reports to analyze deviation from plan, and highlight areas of concern, which require action.
- Evaluating delay events and preparation of EOT claims.
- Conducting site visits to monitor the progress and assure program implementation.
- Participate all meetings and preparing required presentations (i.e. schedule review meeting,
progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on).
