Responsibilities:
- Applying Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Work Face Planning (WFP), lean construction, visual project controls in Civil and Electro-Mechanical projects.
- Generating feasibility studies, constructability studies, 4D/5D simulations, and designing innovative algorithms applied to 3D models. - Developing business workflows in a complex construction site environment. - Providing consultancy to integrate data from several sources into a unified system.

- Prioritizing and recognizing the weekly open fronts for the civil, piping, E&I, Steel structure, and MEP disciplines and generate work orders for them.
- Implementation of CCC's In-house Schedule, Cost, and Risk applications at projects.
- Exposed to corporate project controls information.
Achievements:
- 50% reduction in cost of generation of engineering drawings by establishing a corporate detailing office that consists of 50 draftsmen & 3 engineers.
- Increased the efficiency of draftsmen by 30% by centralizing the shop drawing detailing activity.
- Generated 3 Million AED profit by providing engineering services for 9 projects.
CCC, Quashawira Full Field Development Project :
Responsibilities:
- Control engineer for $560 M oil & gas project with Abu Dhabi Company of Onshore Oil Operation (ADCO).
- Prepared project WBS, assignment of resources, and progress monitoring. This includes welding, painting, and site erection activities.
- Direct involvement in project documentation, procedures, QMPs, and Workflows.
- Worked on project plans and schedules using P6, and MS Project.
Achievements:
- 25% improvement in piping fabrication activity due to material shortage studies.
- Stable communication plan that managed client's needs and expectations.
