Achieving the company sales and marketing strategies in terms of sales and profitability which include the following:
- Full areas point of sale coverage.
- Products availability by sector by type and balanced orders.
- Shelf display as per company policy item standard displays.
- 45 days or 60 days call cycle visit implementation from supervisors to managers.
- Training and Coaching.
- Trade loader and promotions budget control.
- Selling prices Review and adjustment if necessary.
- Monitoring and maintaining contribution level as agreed.
- Slow moving item stock monitoring and take necessary action accordingly.
- ensure forecast Achievement by line by carton by item.
- Aging control
- Ensuring implementation of systems and procedures.
- Attending products development meeting.
- Member of credit committee.
- The preparation of the yearly forecast.
- People development also include, hiring, training, promoting and replacing those with low performance
- Cost efficiency related to sales department in term of call cycle efficiency; number of customer to be served and number of calls, weekly, by weekly or monthly.
- Sales review and performance evaluation on quarterly basis.
- Coordinating with various department within the company such as customer service, plant, accounts and personal department.
- approve sales orders as per escalation and financial authority.
- Various contracts negotiations related to sales department (Corporate, wholesalers, Minimarkets).
