 Customer Interaction/ Guidance: Interact courteously and guide customers to appropriate service points, where relevant.
 Service Provision: Provide information and advice relevant to specific customer needs and deliver appropriate services.
Make A Quotations
 Answering all customer calls in accordance with Hilti policy
 Follow up the tenders and Guarantees
 Follow up the orders with delivery responsible
 Follow up with dispatcher to achieve time scale of deliveries
 Introduce Hilti products and conduct demonstrations
 Work according to the Global Process Management System of the company
 Customer Problems: Attend to customer problems referring issues beyond the role limit to appropriate points of reference.
 Customer Suggestions: Receive customer suggestions to ensure follow-up and submit relevant reports as required.
 Received the order from Ts and send it to warehouse through ERP system
 Follow up the orders with delivery responsible
 Follow up with dispatcher to achieve time scale of deliveries
 Make sure all delivered scheduled are delivered on time
 Flexible attitude and ability to service all areas of the branch as needed
