•Handle the systems for administration request (Service Request, Work Order, Preventive Maintenance, Job plan, Person, Person group, security users, Asset, Location, Classification … etc.)
•Create and modify the permission based on users role.
•Create and modify the Workflow, Role and Action upon maintenance business needs
•Configure the Database to create and modified attributes.
•Create and modify the application to add and modified fields.
•Create result set query and attach it on Engineer start center
•Create KPI’s and reports upon maintenance department request
•Create the SQL query for the backend database and extract the data as report
•Follow the inventory department to check the item availability and minimum quantity
•Handle the workflow administrator (change or stop the workflow)
•Upload data into the system by MEA
•Work with SQL Database to create backup, job schedule and query)
•Create simple script to achieve user request
Function Responsibility:
Requirement Gathering and Gap Analysis, Designing workflows based on client requirement, Development of functional design specifications (Maximo based solutions), Implementation of new software modules to specified requirements.
Technical Responsibility:
Configure the System to achieve client requirement (apply the workflow that has been design, create security group and assign permissions, customize the Start Center and resultants set adding/hiding field in application designer and create/customize report based on customer needs)
• Install MS SQL DB and configured for IBM MAXIMO
• Install IBM Websphere and configured for IBM MAXIMO
• Install Actuate and configured to work with MAXIMO
• Install and configure IBM MAXIMO
• Make integration between MAXIMO and other product like (LDAP and MS SMS)
•Doing administration tasks
•Doing customization tasks either by Application Designer or by modify MAXIMO Files
•Working with workflow designer
