•Facilitate win theme development and storyboarding sessions, strategic messaging, and creative writing for all levels of pursuits
•Lead proposal kick-off meeting and color reviews (pink, red, and gold)to ensure we produce quality deliverables that differentiate us from our competitors and provide value to our clients
•Collaborate with our graphics team to develop templates and standards for proposal look and feel, meaningful graphic elements, and presentation materials
•Write non-technical portions of the proposal (i.e., cover letters, executive summaries, project descriptions, resumes, team qualifications, various management plans, win themes, and discriminators.)
•Regularly review proposal drafts and final documents to ensure responsiveness, thoroughness, accuracy, and quality
•Create and manage a production schedule and resource plan to ensure all required proposal documents are produced properly and delivered on time
•Manage client interview preparation, development of collateral, and coaching activities
•Managing both technical and commercial submissions to the client
•Providing guidance and follow up to the team during all stages of the proposal build up till the final stage of submission
•Managing on average 3 tenders per week in addition to the other activities related to municipality contracts

• Drafting contracts for large engineering/construction management projects and proposing alternative text/clauses to client contracts, as appropriate
• Ensuring that the contract is thoroughly reviewed for legal, risk management, tax, and accounting issues prior to submitting to management for approval.
• Presenting on behalf of the municipality while participating as a member of the negotiating team while discussing contract and pricing issues with contractors
• Running technical and commercial proposals on behalf of the municipality and arranging pre-bid meetings and site visits
• Presenting to the tendering committee the results of the evaluations and responding to Q&A
• Successfully building cost estimates and working with quantity surveyors to build budget and arrange approvals accordingly
• Preparing reports and recommendations for contract award on behalf of the municipality contracts team.
• Preparing letters to clients requesting approvals and interpretations required to comply with the provisions of the contract.

• Close coordination with DEWA and all other stakeholders, mainly contractors, to complete the required 230km cables and 187 substations for EXPO electrical infrastructure

• Represented PARSONS in DEWA management meetings and presented the work status every week to ensure all concerns were tackled immediately
