Industrial Project - Amman Strategic Reserve Terminal for Petroleum Products (ASTPP-SAHAB) : The project is a turnkey lump sum project for engineering, detailed design, manufacturing, material and equipment procurement, delivery on site, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and operational training of the Storage Terminal forming a part of the Government's strategic reserves of petroleum products and liquefied petroleum gas. The storage capacity of the terminal is 340, 000 tons of petroleum products and 10, 000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
Construction Section Mechanical Engineer
The Boulevard (Abdali): consists of a total built up area of 224, 000 sqm divided into 118, 000 sqm above ground and 106, 000 sqm of parking and service basement levels. Including more than 130 retail outlets, 400 luxurious serviced residences in addition to 27, 000 sqm of office space.
Holiday Inn 5-Star Hotel (Dead Sea): Capacity of 200 rooms & 120 chalets on the Dead Sea Shore with a total electromechanical value of 13 Million US$. Issued over 400, 000 US$ of variation orders. Followed up HVAC installations & equipment, orders and duct subcontractor. Also, recalculated HVAC design and followed up shopdrawings and coordination.
(Riyadh-KSA) Working for Al-Shera’a A/C contracting Co. one of the forefront companies in the field, as project and design engineer mostly for (package and concealed) a/c systems for residential and commercial building .
Working for IDEAL A/C systems company (from 7/2002 to 8/2003 ) as a Technical support & Sales engineer for SKM air conditioning equipments (central air conditioning) .
