Check all QA/QC plan and documents to be aligned with accepted Quality Management
Systems and international standards
Support the Engineering Manager to review all ITP for all projects, all Welding Procedure
Specification (WPS) and proper submittal of the Procedure Qualification Report (PQR),
Painting/ Inspection report, , Hydro testing witnessing and report, Pre-startup safety audit
report and etc. for all ongoing projects
Assist Site Managers to carry out all site inspection activities in accordance with the agreed
ITP such as perform inspection on piping/tanks/pressure relief devices and statutory
equipment.
Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the
quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works ON or OFF
site.
Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures
activity at the site are as per approved procedure and inspection test plan.
Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site En-charge for inspection and
meeting about quality problems.
monitor all activities related to Quality
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test
results, inspection requests and, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC
documents.
Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance report and Site Instruction.
Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all
phases of engineering construction.
Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure
adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on
processes.
Organize 2 storage gasoil tanks ( D 30 M) and 1 water tank (D 14 M) activities of foundation,
fabrication, erection bottom and shell and roof and all component tank and welding works
.
Organize process piping work and firefighting piping activities of support, erection and
welding and radiographic test and pressure test and all component piping (valves, strainer
.sprinkler .etc.)
Organize Installation all pumps (process pump &firefighting pump).

• Prepare Final QA/ QC dossier to submit to the project management consultant.
