Responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of Al Rayyan Palace project constructed for the Royal Family. The project was budgeted at 60 Million Riyals and originally scheduled to be completed in 12 months.My scope was to hand over 25 ancillary buildings and packages of the main castle and main Majlis.
• Responsible for 13 site staff engineers, planners, QC and QS personnel as well as 200 site work force.
• Arranging and managing all project related meetings.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting all client related meetings.
• Producing schedule, cost and scope documentation.
• Establishing the overall success criteria for the project, including; time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Writing progress reports.
• Monitoring all work in accordance with schedules.
• Producing and maintaining project management plans.
• Monitoring and managing all contractors, consultants and third party suppliers.
• Ensuring that all is in accordance to the company policy and procedures and adhering to all statutory and regulatory legislation and specifications.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
• Managing a team of 20 office staff.
• Managing the Design department by creating functional and pleasing designs.
• Assuring design environment meet International and local codes and specifications.
• Developing the best methods for construction activities, and determining the optimal sequence of operations on site.

• Coordinating Civil, Electrical and Mechanical drawings.
