Responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of Al Rayyan Palace project constructed for the Royal Family. The project was budgeted at 60 Million Riyals and originally scheduled to be completed in 12 months.My scope was to hand over 25 ancillary buildings and packages of the main castle and main Majlis.
