Key Deliverables:
• Compile data (contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports) and main-
tain inventory, purchasing and other records.
• Review records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, trace
history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies and recommend remedial actions.
• Schedule special and periodic inventories and compile stock control records and information (con-
sumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, current market conditions) to determine stock
supply and need for replenishment.
• Prepare requisitions, orders and other documents for purchasing or requisitioning new or addition-

• Supervise and coordinate with Sub-Supervisors the activities of workers engaged in handling of
materials in stockroom or on sites, and advise employees on care and preservation of items.
