Developing a project charter: including the scope, objectives, requirements, estimated time and budget project, resources and risk, update and follow up the project charter.
Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and keeping them informed about project progress and any relevant developments.
Timeline Management: Tracking project timelines and milestones to ensure that the project stays on schedule and making adjustments as necessary to keep things on track.
Communication: Facilitating communication among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure everyone is informed about project progress, changes, and milestones.
Team Management: Building and leading a team, assigning tasks, and ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Quality Control and Assurance: Monitoring and ensuring the quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to meet the agreed-upon standards and requirements, maintain the change request.
Closing project: Prepare a formal project handover package for the client, including all relevant project documentation, deliverables, and final reports. Schedule a meeting with the client to officially hand over the project deliverables and discuss any outstanding issues or follow-up actions. Obtain sign-off or acceptance from the client acknowledging the successful completion of the project and receipt of all deliverables. Provide the client with any additional support or assistance they may need during the transition phase.

-Project Assessment: Evaluate the feasibility and viability of architectural
projects by conducting thorough assessments of the site, existing
structures, and client requirements. Taking into Consider factors such as
budget, timeline, zoning regulations, and environmental impact.
-Design Development: Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other
stakeholders to develop design concepts and translate them into detailed
architectural plans. This involves creating drawings, models, and
visualizations to effectively communicate your ideas.
-Code and Regulation Compliance: Ensure that architectural designs
comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Updated with the latest codes and guidelines to ensure the safety,
accessibility, and sustainability of the proposed structures.
-Technical Expertise: As a senior consultant, Possess in-depth technical
knowledge of architectural systems, materials, and construction
techniques, and provide guidance on structural integrity, building systems
integration, energy efficiency, and other technical aspects of the project.
-Team Management: Lead a team of architects and designers, overseeing
their work, providing feedback, and ensuring the project progresses
smoothly, and coordinate with other consultants, contractors, and vendors
involved in the project to maintain effective collaboration and
communication.
-Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing
their concerns, presenting design proposals, and guiding them through the
decision-making process, And maintain strong relationships with clients to
foster trust and ensure client satisfaction

Supervise and control the overall project including tendering, construction, and other related technical issues.
Oversee the performance of the appointed General Contractor to ensure compliance with requirements and successful project completion.
Supervise the whole process of fit-out and structural works, such as carrying out site surveys, reporting any site irregularities, monitoring the performance of contractors and coordinating with different internal & external parties to achieve an agreed scope of works and work schedule.
Ensure the project is completed within the approved budget, timeline, quality standard as well as complying with all relevant local regulations.

(Worked on a large scale government project (KAP2) with a budget of 2.5 billion SAR, The project consisted of 6 sites with each site containing around 35 buildings)
- Review design and shop drawings sent by designer to consultant
- Prepare action report for each site
- Generate weekly reports and charts for each site representing progress and statuses for
each sites
- Prepare a "two month look ahead" report for the engineering department to avoid or
minimize risks

Design Architecture working on ( private Villa ) reached the ground floor slab and then change the villa to four apartments on the same boundary line building and make four private entrance for each apartment
