KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. On-site demonstrations and product training: Conducting hands-on demonstrations of TTI
products and accessories to contractors and tradespeople on job sites, explaining their features
and benefits, and providing training on their proper use and maintenance.
2. Customer engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers,
assessing their needs, and providing recommendations for the right tools and accessories for
each job.
3. Sales: Generating leads and identifying new sales opportunities, and working with the sales
team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
4. Market research: Conducting market research, monitoring industry trends, and providing
feedback to the company on customer needs and competitor activities.
5. Product launches: Participating in product launches and other marketing events to promote
TTI's products and brands.
6. Technical support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers,
and keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in technology.
7. Record-keeping: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
8. Continuous learning: Staying current with product knowledge and industry trends, and
participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
9. Provide sales support to traders to help them effectively sell TTI products to end users.
10. Assess the needs of end users and work with traders to provide tailored solutions to meet
those needs.
11. Build strong relationships with traders and end users to foster customer loyalty and repeat
business.
