Responsibilities: - Create and maintain a Long term base maintenance plan of the fleet over a period of 3 years and feedback to capital budget.
- KPI for planning checks at or above 95% of MPD allowable hours limit for a dynamic fleet of 25 aircraft.
- Create and maintain hangar capacity plan (including 3rd party)
- Work scope generation for base maintenance checks
- Work scope Technical Evaluation for Man Hours and Required Ground Time.
- Detailed heavy check project planning (flowchart, critical tasks, manpower leveling, materials preload, tools and work package preparation, assigning tasks to production phases)
- Identify manpower requirements and shifts patterns and advise Man Power Requirements for a certain heavy check.
- Manage the day to day Production control and Doc Control activities.
- Follow up with all sections to make sure that the aircraft target release date is achieved.
- Prepare technical invoicing for Man Power and materials used (For 3rd Party aircraft)

- Day to day supervision and management of Production Control Center Activities.
- Coordinate with production and materials planning for parts, work packages, resources and project plans for proper control of Routine aircraft maintenance tasks.

- Package distribution to production teams and timely accomplishment and submission of tasks.

- Anticipation of potential maintenance delays based on Inspection cutoff date and material requests cutoff date and resolution of production issues.
- Maintain an up to date Aircraft Maintenance Schedules.
- Analyzes maintenance data for production statistics such as man-hours needed, man-hours available, man-hours used, man-hours per specific task, on time delivery of Scheduled Maintenance aircraft and production delay causes
