Responsibilities:
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Preparing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands customers portfolio and ensure maximum market coverage
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Setting sales targets for individual sales team.
• Monitoring performance & coaching sales team and motivating them to reach targets.

responsible for completion of communication project technically and also for getting financial quotatiions
Job responsibilities include but not limited to: gathering Mitsubishi elevators and escalators sales inquiries, preparing specifications based on client and project requirements and types, estimating prices based on these specifications, preparing quotations, explaining to clients the specifications and engineering designs / drawings and providing sites requirements and offering presentations for these items when necessary, preparing contracts and other related documents necessary for securing projects, following up with clients and proposing them the best solution, writing technical documents and reports related to sales.
