JV Main Contractor Were Being Promised to be Fairly Reasonable on their Request for Time Extension, in Conclusion
the Project Went Smooth and my Company was Saved from Multimillion Claim, It was worth mentioning that My
Company was Strangely Awarded the Design, Supervision, PM of the Project
Succeeded in Bringing the JV's Initial Price of the Two Terminals From Euro 2.2 Billion, Down to Euro 1.64 Billion, a
Recorded Saving of Euro 536 Million, After a Long Series of Difficult Technical Negotiations, by Comparing our BOQs
and Corresponding Unit Prices, Performing Value Engineering and mostly by Using the Same Strategy Regarding the
JV's EoT Requisition, Since the Contract was also Cost Plus and Need to be Reverted to Unit Price Once all of the
