Scanners updates-To make sure all ground couriers update the scanner with proper update for
each collection
Trucks Queue -maintain and checking on daily basis the queue and allocating drivers to
collections as per the queue and destination.
Reschedule / Cancellation of collection/Ftl report-End of the day rescheduling or cancelling
collection ids with valid reason & sending ftl report daily basis
