I'm responsible for managing the front desk support team, providing guidance & mentoring for the team; and enhancing & developing the helpdesk operations and performance.
Responsible for maintaing IT-related hardware and software, and purchasing of IT-related material. Also acting as a help-desk assistant for company employees. I'm also involved in providing company employees with learning sessions about Office applications, and other IT-related material.
I had the responsibility of managing all IT-related issues from purchasing the material and software needed, to maintaining company computer machines and servers, to acting as a help-desk for company's employees. I was also involved in developing a software package for the internal use of the company.
Worked on developing software packages like Payroll & Personnel, Point Of Sale, and Store Keeping packages using OMNIS7 programming language. I worked within a team of programmers. I have also worked on Arabizing the software programs that were developed internally.
Gained my Bachelors Degree from Southeatern University. Graduated on the Deen's list, and had a CGPA of 3.9 on 4.0 scale.
Gained my High School degree from Fajr AL Sabah School.
