Re-designed all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Developed advanced Project Control Processes that improved the ERP-based Cost Allocation and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis. • Operated a Solar Power Equipment import, trading and installation business in Beirut.
• Delivered several EPCI Projects around Lebanon in the field of Alternative Power Systems.
• Managed the rehabilitation of 60 Students Accommodation Buildings at KAUST (SAR 225M).
• Managed the construction of the DOW Middle East Innovation Centre at KAUST (SAR 325M).
• Managed the execution of the Iconic Qasr-Al-Hokm Downtown Metro Station -3E2- (SAR 1.3B).
Directed all phases of major residential, academic, and retail outlet construction projects. Key Projects include ALBA University Extension & Rehabilitation Project, Food & Beverage Outlets Construction (Linas, Crepaway and Griffin Bar), Private Apartment Renovations and other Residential Construction Projects.
