Managed a team comprised of four credit officers which includes training, budget planning, and portfolio management. Marketing and converting prospects to clients, evaluating their business needs, and the preparation of credit proposals for approval of the relevant approving authorities in the bank.
In addition to team duties, establish own portfolio which in a period of six months grew to USD113 million from zero base. With an average profit of 10% between facility fees and bank profit charges.

• Establish and supervise team that will build-up risk asset portfolio for the Bank. Hire, develop and retain the appropriate people for the business.

7. THE SAUDI FRENCH BANK. Riyadh(Assistant Manager auditor)
Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance of branches with policies and procedures promulgated by the Bank.
• Assist in developing new procedures that will improve business processes and pare down associated risk.
• PDP ( Professional Development Program) Batch # 5, a program that starts in the branch for 4 weeks, then accounting and credit courses for 4 weeks, and 4 months rotation in every department of the bank.
• Plan and execute audit assignments.
• Report audit findings and make recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions, improving operations and reducing costs.
