1- Construction of some building for real state company
Roads projects (highways and internal roads) including but not limited the following projects:
1- Upgrading and widening of Abu Dhabi - Dubai road
2- Abu Dhabi - Alain express way.
3- Albahia internal roads.
4-Alfaya -Seiah Shuaib truck road .
5- Sheikh Zayd Bridge (contracts (1) and (2))
-Technical Committee Member for SHEIKH ZAYD BRIDGE FOR Abu Dhabi ISLAND CONTRACT 3 (DHS 840, 000, 000). Our
duties is:
a-Discussing the works programme with the consultant and the contractor.
b-Studying the change orders, variations and claims(185.000.000 Dhs)
c-Preparing internal reports to help the leaders for following the work.
d-Checking interim payments, day by day contractual works, ……..ect.
-Seaports projects.

-Airports projects.
1-Studying contract documents for Abu Dhabi Airport (Expansion of airport passenger facilities (1.500.000.000 Dhs)

2- Extensions and modifications to departure gates in ground floor at Abu Dhabi international airport.
-Dredging projects
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Post Contract Administration.
• Estimation, checking computations and preparation of bills of quantities for road projects, reclaimed lands, Airport
Buildings, dredging and Seaports sections.
• Studying and analysed the offers For The Consultancy services.
• Preparation of Contracts and related documents with The Consultants and Contractors engaged in WD projects for
the above sections.
• Studying and Evaluation of progress claims for running projects.
• Reviewing and checking the executed work payments.
• Reviewing and checking the execution work program.
• Evaluation of progress claims and invoices,
• Preparation of Progress Payment certificate based on work done by the Contractor,
• Preparation of Monthly progress reports for the projects.
• Ensure the projects is executed in accordance to the Contract,
• Arranging Projects Progress Meetings.
• Review and evaluate variation of the works which includes rate analysis and extension of time claims by the
Contractor subsequently make recommendations thereon.
• Checking of the final payments.
for Sweihan-Al-Saad Roadwhich is composed of :
Project involved:
• New construction of 2-lane 1-way
• Improving and upgrading of the other side (131 million UAE Dhs)
Duties include but not limited (Pre and Post Contract Administration)
• Contract Management,
• Preparation of Cost Estimates. Preparation of Tender & Contract Document, Tender Report, Letter of Acceptance,
Progress Payments, Variation Order, Final Account & Final Payments.
• Project Co-ordination with employer, Contractor and other

Projects:
• Project Sum is more than 100 million UAE Dhs
Duties includes but not limited
• Preparation of Claims, and Final account also settling the above with the client in accordance with Standard
Conditions of Contract.
• Preparation of Tender,
• Pre bid cost estimate for the future project.
Storm water drainage project in Khartoum north.
• Rehabilitation of Ministry of Finance Khartoum State.
Atbara Flour Mill this project is constructed by ACMB French steel errection company the cost of the project is a
round ($10 million)
• Altadamun Islamic Bank warehouses (GADARIF).
• Rehabilitation for Khartoum North teaching Hospital.
• Rehabilitation for Ahmed Qassim Children Hospital.
• Construction of Chinese Friendship Hospital which is executed by Chinese construction company and it cost around
($12.000.000.)
-Duties include but not limited (Pre and Post Contract Administration)
• Share in structural design, Preparation of Cost Estimates.
• Preparation of Tender
• Construction management for specialist work like concrete repair, water proofing,
• Supervising the works executed by an international contractors.
• Preparing of the progress reports.
