initiate, structure and manage real estate funds under CMA regulation.
i was leading the dept. to :
- search and analyse new real estate opportunities.
- structuring the real estate project into a ( real estate FUNDS) as per CMA regulations.
- Supervise the day to day activities in Emtidad's projects.
- Finalize & structure the deals with different parties in real estate market.
during work with Emtidad i was able to finalize 02 deals :
(1) Alkhabeer Fudn -1 to develop lands ( 160 mil )
raw land development in Makka with size of 306, 000 SQM
(2) Aloua Joejet Fund, ( 125 mil )
raw land development in Madina with size of 303, 000 SQM
the tow projects were operated within real estate funds under CMA regulation.
