• Prepare and handle power point presentations in different topics when required.
• Review & assist in preparation of sub-contracts, revisions, changes, and variations.
• Review Earned Value Weekly reports and prepare forecast invoices.
• Review VO/CO Variation Orders/Change Orders and follow up for completion.
• Evaluate and assess expenses of all activities to set up cost control reports.
• Participate in assessment of staff and update of job descriptions of construction team.
• Offer my experience to enrich, train and develop junior engineers and staff around me.
• Negotiate prices and review sub-contract agreements for potential sub-contractors.
• Identify and manage the project risks presented and try to mitigate them.
• Handle NCR Non-Conformance Reports, issue Site Memos, handle correspondences, letters, and replies.
• Apply FIDIC conditions of contract.
• Apply Aramco Standards and Requirements - G.I. General Instructions.
• Liaise with design offices when need occurs to sort out arising problems.
• Propose architectural/civil solutions to problems that occur on site.
• Coordinate with Operations to plan logistics and machineries movements and use on site.
• Monitor, supervise & coordinate activities (structural & architectural & MEP) to confirm they are being carried out in accordance with Scope, plans, requirements & standards.
• Coordinate with the Management/sub-contractor to ensure provision of adequate resources through an efficient workforce plan aligned with the construction phases and work priorities to achieve safe and successful project delivery.
• Provide technical input on methodologies of construction to enhance production and execution.
• Able to supervise large numbers of staff in an organized working environment (up to 650)
• Offer Solutions for delays/problems by maximizing output and production through reorganizing/adding manpower/equipment to recover delays.
• Able to quickly adapt in new working environments.
• Capable of working under pressure and tight schedules with available resources.

Project: UDSN University Dennis Sassous Nguessou - Phase 1 (4 Faculties + Roads + Earthwork + Landscaping + Restaurant + Auditorium + Fire Station + Main Entrance)
• Worked along the planning department to prepare a comprehensive program of work for the project. Followed up with daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to track and monitor the progress
• Followed up on submittals of materials and drawings. Finalize specifications in consultation with clients and consultants and submitting data, specifications and technical sheets for construction materials and equipment. Oversaw testing of all materials to concur with all requirements and specifications
