- Review and update the salary structure and allowances granted to employees and update the system of salaries and commissions, sales team and their compatibility with the labor market.
- Work to find solutions to all Problems facing the sales to increase the growth Rate and increase the customer base.
- Coordination to standardize policies of the Branch Company in Egypt with the parent company in India in line with the culture and laws of the two countries.
